but I bet you guys surely don't realized that PENANG produces much more better taste of these food and do trust me PENANG DOES!
This small SHOP at TUNE HOTEL'S area in PENANG it is named as MING XIAN TAI aka Tris haw Egg Tart. It is famous for it because the shop owner was selling his homemade Egg Tart using trishaw around PENANG. The surrounding is builded with old heritage feel. 
You can stil see some old utensils that used by the old timers.
Here you are the TAU FU FA and SOYA drink. You will never taste another stall that provides you taufu which is as soft as a face cream. I'm serious one man and the soya drink uses AIR GULA MELAKA to mix with it and it gives you different taste than those normal soya.
And these are the EGG TART, SIEW PAU AND FRIED YAM.
Egg tart is just above average but the SIEW PAU IS UNCOMPARABLE!!!
Every bite of it gives you crunchy and fresh taste and you definitely want more than one piece of it.
Please do try if you are around there because if I live there I'll have my tea everyday there.
